You know what they say about the recent wildfires in Simi Valley.
The Sandy Fire has been raging out of control, forcing evacuations and scorching over 800 acres of land – I guess you could say the residents are really feeling the heat, and not just from the flames, but also from their rent increasing because of the 'scorched earth' policy the landlord has, implying the whole neighborhood is now a hot property.
